Another Waggtoons character this would be more of a supporting character but she would occasionally be the center of a storyline.
Tina-chan is a character who is a foriegn exchange student from Japan who is trying to fit in with her new surroundings, going to DodgerTown Elementary (a school very similar to Acme Looniversity) as she tries to learn the techniques of American Cartoons. She often hangs out with Crystal, Devil boy, and Angel girl, but gets dragged in to their wacky zany misadventures.
